Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer annual billing discounts?

Yes. Annual plans save 16.7% compared to monthly billing — you effectively get 2 months free to the annual commitment. Contact sales@aerovectra.com for invoicing.

What is the Free tier?

The Free tier gives you full access to the compliance vetting engine at no cost — 5 document reviews per month, 1 user seat, and up to 3 aircraft. You get basic compliance checks, email reports, and read-only marketplace browsing. Community support is available via our operator forum. No credit card required — start at app.aerovectra.com.

Are there document volume limits?

Free includes 5 document reviews per month. Starter Lite includes 25, Starter includes 50. Professional and Enterprise are unlimited. A single “review” covers one document upload with AI extraction and compliance report.

What does the marketplace include?

Professional and Enterprise tiers include full ACMI marketplace access — publish wet-lease requests, browse operator fleet availability, submit bids, and manage responses. Free and Starter tiers have read-only marketplace browsing.

Is my data hosted in the EU?

Yes. All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in EU regions. Our AI processing uses Google Cloud's europe-west1 region. Full GDPR compliance.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalties. Your data is exported on request and purged within 30 days of cancellation.

Do you work with non-EASA operators?

Our platform is EASA-focused but we support FAA, UK CAA, and other ICAO-compliant operators. Contact us for specific regulatory alignment questions.

Marketplace Fees

How are marketplace fees structured?

Aircraft listings cost €50 per listing. Crew-only listings cost €30. A success fee of 1.0% (Starter) or 0.5% (Professional) applies only when a deal closes, capped at €2,000 per contract. Enterprise listing and success fees are waived or custom-negotiated. Responding to requests is always free.

When are marketplace fees charged?

The listing fee is charged at response submission — when a lessor submits a bid with their aircraft. The success fee is charged when a request is awarded and the contract value is confirmed. No fees are charged before a deal is in motion.

Who pays the listing fee?

The lessor (responder) pays both the listing fee and the success fee. Requestors post requests and receive bids at no cost. This ensures demand-side liquidity while the listing fee serves as a bid quality filter on the supply side.

What happens if a deal falls through?

The listing fee is fully refundable within 24 hours if a listing receives no responses. Success fees are refunded if the deal is mutually terminated within 14 days of award and no ferry or positioning flight has taken place. Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Is there a listing fee refund policy?

Yes. If a listing receives no responses within 24 hours, the listing fee is refunded in full. No commitment required.

What is a premium listing?

Premium listings cost €150 and receive 7-day pinned placement at the top of search results, highlighted card styling, and email notification to eligible responders. Included with Enterprise plans.

What is the maximum success fee per deal?

The success fee is capped at €2,000 per contract across all paid tiers. Whether your deal is €100k or €1M, the maximum success fee never exceeds €2,000.

Does the marketplace cost extra on top of my subscription?

Marketplace access is included with Professional and Enterprise subscriptions. Listing and success fees are separate from your subscription — they cover platform facilitation and operator matching. Free and Starter tiers include read-only marketplace browsing.
