Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AeroVectra platform, including document verification, AI-powered extraction, and ACMI compliance tools. Last updated: 7 July 2026.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AeroVectra (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all the terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Platform (“Users”). The Platform is operated by UAB AeroVectra, registered in the Republic of Lithuania.

2. Service Description

AeroVectra provides an AI-powered document verification and compliance analysis platform for the aviation industry. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Automated AOC, ARC, and insurance certificate extraction
  • EU 785/2004 SDR liability verification
  • EASA compliance clearance reports
  • Operator and fleet data management

The Platform is provided on a subscription basis with different tiers and credit packs. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable aviation regulations and laws
  • Not upload documents containing intentionally false or misleading information
  • Not reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the Platform’s AI systems

4. Data Processing & Confidentiality

Documents uploaded to the Platform are processed by our AI pipeline and stored securely in EU-based infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data in accordance with GDPR requirements.

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request for all paying customers. We do not use customer documents to train or improve our AI models unless explicitly authorised in writing.

Documents are retained for a maximum of 7 days post-processing unless a longer retention period is agreed in your subscription plan.

5. Limitation of Liability

AeroVectra provides AI-assisted compliance analysis as a tool to support human decision-making. The Platform does not replace the legal responsibility of the operator, lessee, or lessor to ensure regulatory compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AeroVectra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement in accordance with the cancellation terms of your subscription plan. AeroVectra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if you materially breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days unless a legal obligation requires longer retention.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania.
